The changes of cardiac function, renal function, echocardiographic left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF), left ventricular fraction shortening(LVFS) before and after treatment were compared.

观察治疗前后两组患者心功能、肾功能、超声心动图、左室射血分数（LVEF）、左室短轴缩短率（LVFS）的变化。
