Objective: To discuss the results of polyacrylamide hydrogel injection for correction of depressed eyelid after eyeball extirpating.

目的：探讨医用聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射治疗眼球摘除术后眼睑凹陷的效果。

Reagent kits of SOD, MDA and nitrate were employed for biochemical detection of serum, which isolated from blood sampled by eyeball extirpating.

摘取眼球法取血，分离出血清，采用SOD试剂盒、MD A试剂盒、硝酸盐测定试剂盒进行生化检测。
