加入在将说明议定加入条件的加入书交存WTO总干事后生效。

Accession shall take place by deposit with the Director-General of the WTO of an instrument of accession which states the terms so agreed.

加入书应递交总干事保存。

Instruments of accession shall be deposited with the Director General.

批准书和加入书应递交总干事保存.

Instruments of ratification and accession shall be deposited with the Director General.

本公约应于第五份批准书、接受书或加入书交存三个月后生效。

This Convention shall enter into force three months after the deposit of the fifth instrument of ratification, acceptance or accession.

第（2）款范围之外的实体应自其交存批准书或加入书之日起三个月之后受本条约约束。

Any entity not covered by paragraph ( 2 ) shall become bound by this Treaty three months after the date on which it has deposited its instrument of ratification or accession.
