Purpose to observed the clinicopathologic features of acardia, and to investigate the pathogenesis of acardia.

目的观察无心畸形胎儿的临床病理形态，并对其发生进行分析。

Methods 3 cases of acardia were observed with analyses of clinical features, their externalities and the structures of viscera and placentas.

方法对3例无心畸形胎儿的临床表现、外形和内脏结构以及胎盘形态进行观察与分析。

Conclusions the various morphology of acardia could be observed. The pathogenesis of acardia may be related with the anastomoses of the placenta.

结论无心畸形胎儿有多种形态，其发生与双胎胎盘的血管吻合有密切关系。
