Guangzhou, China - DEKRA, world's third largest testing, certification and inspection organization, has just announced opening of a new major testing facility in Guangzhou.

On March 31, 2011, DEKRA inaugurated its regional headquarters in Shanghai, which, among other cutting-edge testing facilities, include state-of-the-art LED Technology Assessment Center.
