A milkshake, or simply a shake, is a sweet, cold dairy-based drink usually made with ice cream, milk or both.

Add the vodka, amaretto & irish cream to the shaker. Top up with cold milk. Shake well. Pour into a tall glass and dust the top with ground nutmeg.
