The article is focused on analyzing the problem of employment discrimination faced by the Chinese migrant rural workers using the western theories of labor market discrimination.

结果表明，西方劳动经济学的歧视理论对于我国农民工就业歧视问题的解释力并不强。

The conclusion is that the western theories of labor market discrimination are not so powerful in explanation of the problem of employment discrimination faced by the Chinese migrant rural workers.
