In this paper, the measurable characters and number of scales in Songpu mirror carp(SP) and German mirror carp selection strain(F4)(DJ) were compared.

对松浦镜鲤（SP）和德国镜鲤选育系（F4）（DJ）的可量性状及体表鳞片数进行比较，SP与DJ的可量性状与体表鳞被存在差异。

This study results indicated that high level genetic variation was still in Red mirror carp population, but genetic drift and artificial se- lection had much effect on population.

这表明红镜鲤群体仍具有较高的变异水平，但遗传漂变和人工选择已对群体产生了较大影响。
