方法：对76例风湿性心脏病，联合瓣膜病患者施行双瓣膜替换术。

Method:Double-valve replacement was operated on 76 rheumatic patients with multi-valve lesions.

但ATP对风湿性心脏病围术期肺高压的治疗效果还不明确。

But the treatment result of ATP in postoperative pulmonary hypertension secondary to rheumatic heart disease is not clear.

目的：探讨风湿性心脏病并重度心功能不全机械瓣替换术的手术治疗经验。

Objective: To study experience of the surgical treatment of rheumatic heart disease and heart failure.

方法：采用国产单球囊导管对4例风湿性心脏病二尖瓣狭窄患者进行PBMV。

Method: 4 cases of rheumatic mitral stenosis were treated by PBMV with single balloon catheter.

结果：妊娠合并心脏病患者中以先天性心脏病发生率最高（71例，6 6.98% ） ，其次为风湿性心脏病（19例，17.92 % ）。

Results:The highest incidence of heart diseases was due to congenital heart disease(71 cases, 66.98 %). The incidence of rheumatic heart disease is on the second(19 cases, 17.92 %).

结果：儿童感染性心内膜炎基础病因主要是先天性心脏病35例（67.3%），其次为风湿性心瓣膜病10例（19.2%），无基础心脏病7例（13.5%）。

Results: The underlying diseases included the congenital heart diseases in 35 patients(67.3%), rheumatic heart diseases in 10(19.2%) and no underlying diseases in 7(13.5%).

本文叙述了主动脉瓣及二尖瓣双瓣膜替换术。 28例病人均为风湿性心脏病。
